Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crash Facility Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Horiba Mira. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of vehicles for crash tests, leading by example, and motivating a world-class team of technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support facility readiness for open days
  • Champion Euro NCAP activities and accreditation
  • Support Crash Lab operations
  • Supervise and control crash lab day-to-day tasks
  • Efficiently allocate staff to tasks
  • Supervise and drive crash test process, working with test engineers to deliver high-quality tests on time
  • Provide excellent customer liaison

Working Hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 0800 - 1645 with a 45-minute lunch
  • Friday: 0800 - 1545 with a 45-minute lunch
  • Occasional shift work may be required to meet customer and business needs
