About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Podiatry Professional to join our team at South West Podiatry. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of exceptional podiatric care and leading our team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and clinic flow to maximize productivity.
  • Quality Improvement: Lead quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with clinical governance, safety, and quality standards, and implementing policies and procedures to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Clinical Expertise: Manage and deliver expert non-MSK podiatric care, including nail surgery and the treatment of complex foot and lower limb conditions, ensuring effective interventions.
  • Team Development: Mentor and support the team, fostering a learning environment that encourages professional growth and development.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with marketing and patient engagement teams to support service promotion and patient retention strategies, and identify growth opportunities to support the financial sustainability of the clinic.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in podiatry, with a proven track record of leadership and operational management.
  • Skills: Strong clinical expertise, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to drive quality improvement initiatives.
  • Education: A relevant qualification in podiatry, such as a degree or diploma.
