About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Sanctuary Care. As a key member of our care home team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive, systematic, and accurate nursing assessments of residents' physical, psychological, and social needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Deliver high-quality care to residents, ensuring their dignity, respect, and well-being are maintained at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and develop strategies to improve outcomes.

Requirements
  • Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
