Corporate Financial Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Financial Controller to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and support to our local Executive teams, ensuring accurate consolidated reporting for Group level requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a suite of financial KPIs to support commercial operations, including profitability, Opex, Capex, working capital, and cash flow.
- Provide insightful analysis of financial data to local and group leadership, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Oversee the monthly closing process, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.
- Prepare and file local annual accounts, coordinating with internal and external audit teams.
- Reconcile transactional data and management reporting, with a focus on full balance sheet analysis.
- Lead the preparation and filing of local tax declarations, ensuring compliance with internal and external guidelines.
- Drive ad hoc financial and commercial projects, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver results.
- Direct and indirect management of a small but professional UK Finance team.
We are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with a strong technical foundation and excellent analytical skills. You should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, SAP, and SAGE, as well as experience in financial planning and analysis.
