About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at SF Recruitment (Nottingham). As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and guidance to our UK business, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and driving business growth through financial analysis and planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Provide financial leadership and guidance to the UK business, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial management and analysis. You will have a proven track record of driving business growth and improving financial performance, and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills.

You will have a strong understanding of financial systems and processes, and be able to analyze complex financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
