This role is perfect for someone passionate about improving communication with customers through engaging content creation. As a Content Strategist, you'll help produce user guides, reference materials, letters, emails, and other documentation using your subject matter expertise.

You'll manage multiple priorities in a busy environment and work collaboratively with Marketing Managers and Product Managers to bring their ideas to life. Your tasks will include translating complex technical information into easy-to-understand copy for various audiences and challenging the status quo with innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively and learn more about product and marketing as part of your role.
  • Ensure operations staff have accurate and up-to-date content to use when replying to customers across various contact channels.
