Requirements:
- Experience working with young people with SEND.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in job coaching or workplace learning.
- Clear communication and presentation skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of young people.
- Understanding and promotion of equality, diversity, and inclusion.
Salary: £16 per hour.
