We are seeking an experienced Employment Support Specialist to join our team at SWRAC. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with their education and employment goals.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure. They will also possess strong attention to detail and time management skills, as well as the ability to follow strict guidelines and procedures.

Key responsibilities will include working with learners in a classroom setting to establish rapport and support needs, attending work placement interviews, engaging with employers to establish learner work placement roles and responsibilities, and carrying out work placement Health and Safety checks.

The salary for this position is estimated to be £13.88 per hour, including holiday pay, based on national averages for part-time positions in Dorchester.
