We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to join our fantastic Ashby (Scunthorpe) team.

As an Assistant Manager, you will support our Store Managers in all aspects of the business, guiding and supporting our valued team of Sales Assistants and volunteers while ensuring customers receive an exemplary shop experience.

You will have the ability to work collaboratively and consultatively with the Shop Manager, lead a team of volunteers and staff, and delegate and coach staff.

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage time under conflicting priorities are essential.
