Warehouse Operative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team at Inspired Pet Nutrition. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking, packing, and dispatching pet food products to customers using a scanner
  • General warehouse duties, including receiving and storing inventory
  • Following safety instructions and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet productivity and quality targets
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
  • FLT Counterbalance experience is a plus
  • Physical fitness to lift up to 25kg and work on your feet for long periods
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills to accurately label products
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
