About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Global Cyber Threat Intelligence Specialist to join our Tactical Threat Intelligence team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to play a key role in helping our clients understand and mitigate cyber threats.


Job Description


This role involves analyzing cyber threats, developing actionable intelligence, and collaborating with various teams to support our clients' cybersecurity efforts. The successful candidate will have a strong background in threat intelligence analysis, malware analysis, or similar fields.


Key Responsibilities



  • Analyze and track different types of cyber threats, including malware families, threat actors, and their tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
  • Document and report on threat actor behavior, TTPs, indicators of compromise (IoCs), and infrastructure
  • Conduct in-depth static and dynamic analysis of new and emerging malware threats, identifying potential risks and novel attack vectors
  • Develop and maintain tools and scripts for malware analysis, including custom configuration extractors and unpackers
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and industry forums to share threat intelligence and stay up-to-date with the latest threat landscape
  • Present research findings to internal and external stakeholders, including clients and industry events

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Information Security
  • Proven experience as a Malware Analyst, Threat Intelligence Analyst, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of reverse engineering tools and techniques for malware analysis, including IDA Pro, Ghidra, OllyDbg, or similar
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C++, or assembly for developing analysis tools and scripts
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies, operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS, Unix)
  • Offensive security reconnaissance skills
  • Familiarity with the Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) cycle
