Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Head of Operations to join our client's claims management department in a full-time, permanent role.
This hybrid position offers a unique blend of office and remote work, allowing you to balance your personal and professional life effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Head of Operations in overseeing daily functions and developing operational strategies
- Implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the insurtech industry
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is £55,000 - £75,000 depending on experience.
