Job Description

The Operations Administrator will collaborate with the PS management and teams to document and maintain processes, systems, and performance monitoring approaches. This role will support the global delivery of services to meet target service revenue and performance goals, as well as support Forecast, Resource Utilization, and Billing Operations for the PS team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Billing Operations and support Forecast, Resource Operations, and performance monitoring of the PS Organization.
  2. Document and maintain strategies and insights used to guide the PS teams to achieve Forecast, Resource utilization, and Billing targets.
  3. Document ways to increase revenue, decrease costs, and improve efficiency.
  4. Gather data on current operations through observations, reports, and interviews to provide insights and recommendations.
  5. Determine appropriate methods to analyze operations, relevant information, and data.
  6. Document and maintain systems used for delivering effective tracking, reporting, and communication tools to provide business unit and executive leadership with meaningful key progress results.
  7. Support the capacity planning process and standard tool set used to provide data as an input for PS organization planning.
  8. Proactively identify issues/problem areas, research the issue, document findings, and recommendations.
  9. Help departmental leaders implement new policies, procedures, processes, and assist with implementation of changes.
  10. Train employees to use new systems or follow new processes.
  11. Maintain and update policies and procedures to improve performance.
  12. Ensure compliance with established standards.
  13. Work closely with PS management to achieve outcomes based on company goals.
Required Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  2. Minimum 3 years of professional Operations Analyst or similar experience working in a large, cross-functional organization.
  3. A detail-oriented approach and a strong focus on results.
  4. Good verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and different management levels.
  6. Good analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  7. Knowledge of financial & resource modeling and forecasting.
  8. High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  9. Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
  10. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  11. Proficiency with PSA, SFDC, QlikView, project management tools, Business intelligence tools, and capacity planning tools.
  12. Understanding of Business Process Management and OPEX.
  13. Understanding of IT Service Delivery and/or Supply Chain industries.
Preferred Skills
  1. Understanding of Operations management (COM, CAE, ITIL or Six Sigma Green Belt).
  2. Understanding of Project Management principles (PMP, Agile or Prince 2).
