We're seeking a highly skilled analyst to join our team at Jacobs, a global leader in delivering innovative solutions for a more connected, sustainable world. As a Transformation Performance Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our multi-billion dollar Transformation program, bridging the gap between business, transformation, and finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business case development and benefits realization planning.
  • Conduct insightful analysis to drive forward the Transformation of EAS, combining financial and operational data to inform key decisions.
  • Enhance and maintain management reporting and forecasting models, including top-down and scenario planning.
  • Strengthen risk assessment and support the ongoing development of value milestones.
  • Support financial control and reporting of Transformation benefits and investments.
  • Define and track key performance indicators to assess progress and value impact.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
  • Experience in an analytical role in a complex organization.
  • Ability to manipulate and interpret complex data, presenting insights in an accessible way.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate at all levels of the business.
