- Promote safer gambling practices and apply self-exclusions to customers' accounts as required.
- Deal with responsible gambling queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Exceptional listening skills and ability to communicate effectively in Greek.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Motivation to put the customer first and provide exceptional service.
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for adhering to policies and procedures, with a strong attention to detail.

We offer a competitive salary, generous bonus scheme, long service recognition, and a wide range of other benefits. The starting salary for this position is competitive, increasing to £28,329.60 per annum upon successful completion of training.
