We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Liaison Nurse to join our team at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, providing support to patients in the emergency department and on the inpatient wards.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of mental health issues affecting older adults, with experience in assessing and managing risk. They will be skilled in biopsychosocial assessments and able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities include carrying out timely and effective biopsychosocial assessments, formulating care plans, and liaising with various teams to ensure safe and timely transfers of clients. The post holder will also be responsible for full biopsychosocial and risk assessment of clients presenting with a wide range of mental health conditions.
