About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Compliance Administrator to join our team at Challenge Packaging Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and monitoring performance of site and supplier compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure adherence to industry regulations and best practices.
  2. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  3. Maintain awareness of evolving industry compliance regulations and best practices, and provide training and guidance to colleagues as needed.
  4. Produce regular reports and analysis to inform business decisions and ensure compliance.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Develop and maintain compliance manuals and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  7. Monitor and support business processes to ensure compliance in areas including hygiene and work environment.
  8. Author controlled documents and business policies.
  9. Administer internal MIS requests with each line manager and software provider.
