**Hours: Mon-Thu 9am - 5pm and Fri 8am - 4pm**

Do you want to work for a well established and professional organisation that offers you further studying to complete financial services qualifications, great training and working for a friendly and professional team? If so, I have a great opportunity working within my client’s busy office providing support to the financial planners, mortgage advisors and paraplanners based in their offices in Hailsham.
You will already have a proven background within financial services/mortgages providing sales support within a busy environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to financial planners and paraplanners.
- Assist with the research and analysis of financial products and services.
- Prepare and maintain client recommendations.
- Collaborate with advisers and other staff to ensure the timely completion of financial recommendations.
- Conduct research on financial products and services, including investments, mortgages, insurance, and pensions.
- Sending out Letter of Authorities to gather relevant information on clients existing plans.
- Actively chasing providers and clients for information needed to implement the recommendations outlined by the adviser.
- Analyse financial information and data to support the development of financial plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Participate in meetings with clients and other team members to discuss financial plans.
- Answer incoming calls, dealing with queries efficiently and effectively.
- Provide administrative support to the financial services team, including scheduling appointments and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide information on financial products and services.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and other financial documents.
- Assist with the resolution of client complaints and concerns.
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive information and documents.
- Administering and updating client records on the back-office CRM system - Finplan.
- Proven sales support background within financial services and mortgages.
- Ideally CeMap qualified or happy to complete the relevant qualifications.
- Some exposure to pensions and investments.
- Highly organised with great communication skills.
- Reliable, committed, and passionate about working within mortgages/financial services.
- Good IT skills inclusive of Word & Excel and in house databases.
