Quantity Surveyor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Bennett & Game Recruitment. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the success of our clients' projects, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visiting sites across the UK to monitor progress and identify potential issues
  • Scheduling client meetings to discuss project updates and tendering contracts
  • Engaging in contract administration duties, both independently and as part of a team
  • Working closely with our Employer's Agent team to deliver projects on time and within budget
Requirements:
  • Prior experience working in a consultancy or client-side environment
  • Ideal candidate will be chartered or working towards chartership
  • Full driving licence and ability to commute to Birmingham
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
