Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Apprentice Building/Quantity Surveyor. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in quantity surveying or a related field and will be committed to delivering customer service excellence with good commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Contribute to the development of feasibility studies, cost plans, and tender documentation.
  • Provide procurement advice and support, including tender documentation and post-contract services.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to prioritize workloads and deliver deadlines.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related technical discipline.
  • Strong technical delivery experience.
  • MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body preferred.
