Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Preparing wills, lasting powers of attorney, and other legal documents for clients;
• Advising clients on estate planning and management strategies, including risk assessments and mitigation plans;
• Attending court hearings and meetings as required;
• Communicating with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless case management;
• Maintaining accurate records and files, including up-to-date case notes and correspondence;
• Contributing to business development initiatives, including marketing and outreach efforts;

You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations, as well as industry trends and best practices. A keen interest in business development and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities are essential for success in this role.

The salary for this position is approximately £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, based on national averages for solicitors in the UK.
