Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled product developer to manage multiple categories from concept to launch while upholding our founding principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete 360-degree product development ownership across multiple categories.
  • Collaborate with merchandising to identify gaps in the existing product collection and ensure commercial launches meet deadlines.
  • Negotiate prices with suppliers in Asia while meeting quality, design, and ethical standards.
  • Review existing collections for opportunities to improve quality control, materials, and packaging.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product development and buying within the home sector.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.
  • A passion for Nkuku's brand values and a keen interest in home interiors.
  • A creative and proactive problem-solving approach.
