We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team at Oxwash. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety: Wear the correct PPE and uniform, report all accidents and incidents to your line manager, and drive in compliance with the highway code and Oxwash's SOPs.
  • Inventory: Report low stock of consumable spare parts, ensure the vehicle is roadworthy, and complete weekly van checks.
  • Operations: Deliver all assigned tasks on time, complete weekly van checks, and escalate issues to the Logistics Manager/Shift Manager as needed.
  • Quality and Customer Experience: Ensure all items arrive in the same state as they left our site, uphold the positive image of the brand, and support customer queries.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Aid in the training of new hires, upskill yourself, and provide clear communication to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Technical Competency: Hold a valid HGV Class 2 License with no more than 3 points, have at least 1.5 years of Class 2 experience, and possess a valid driver qualification (CPC) card.
  • Technology, Automation, and Innovation: Have a good knowledge of computer systems, be willing to learn internal systems, and understand data to identify and solve issues.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Use influencing and collaboration skills to build effective working relationships, communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and embody Oxwash's values of creativity, excellence, and integrity.
