Job Title: Weekend Delivery Driver

Join Oxwash as a Weekend Delivery Driver and play a vital role in our logistics team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the efficient delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver packages and goods to customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless delivery operations, including coordinating with drivers, managing inventory, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Valid UK driving license with a clean driving record.
  • At least 1 year of driving experience, with a strong understanding of road safety and logistics operations.
  • Ability to lift hampers up to 20kg each and move cages in a safe manner.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn company systems and software.
