Innovation Commercialisation Manager

The Advocate Group is partnering with Suntory Global Spirits to find an experienced Commercial Innovation Lead. This role is ideal for a professional who can drive innovation and commercial success in the UK & Ireland.
The Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative projects, including new product development, packaging changes, and limited-time offers (LTOs).
- Collaborate with departments such as procurement, marketing, and commercial to ensure market innovations align with business goals.
- Oversee project management from concept approval to market launch, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Work closely with global brand teams to ensure innovation aligns with brand values and strategies.
- Analyse post-launch performance to drive continuous success.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in FMCG, ideally within the spirits/drinks sector.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage innovation from concept to launch.
- Excellent understanding of the UK On/Off trade landscape and successful activation of innovations.
- Skilled in data analysis, strategic thinking, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
