Job Overview

The Advocate Group is partnering with Suntory Global Spirits to find an experienced Commercialisation Specialist. This role involves managing innovation from concept to launch, with a strong focus on project management skills.

You will be responsible for leading and coordinating innovation projects, including NPD, packaging changes, and limited-time offers (LTOs) for the UK & Ireland. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with departments like procurement, marketing, and commercial to drive innovation.
  • Developing and executing successful launch plans, supporting commercial teams to engage key customers.
  • Ensuring innovation aligns with brand values and strategies, working closely with global brand teams.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with experience in FMCG, ideally within the spirits/drinks sector. Proven project management skills and excellent understanding of the UK On/Off trade landscape are essential.

A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus performance incentives, is on offer. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing team with exposure to senior leadership.
