Nurse Manager of Children's Emergency Department

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Team Manager to join our team in the Children's Emergency Department (CED) and Children's Assessment Unit (CAU). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective leadership, clinical expertise, and management of patient care, staff, and resources.
The CED and CAU are co-located units delivering emergency care, urgent care, and assessment services to children and young people. Our team is committed to providing high-quality care, and we are looking for someone who shares our vision and values.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff
- Managing patient care, including assessment, treatment, and discharge
- Coordinating and managing resources, including staff, equipment, and supplies
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Leading and managing staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
