Job Title: HR Regional Partner

At Amazon UK Services Ltd., we're seeking an experienced HR Regional Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting our business leaders and managers in creating a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our business leaders and managers, providing guidance on HR-related matters and supporting the development of our people.
  • Lead the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with our HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
  • Develop and deliver training and development programs to support the growth and development of our managers and employees.
  • Provide support and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of relevant HR experience, with a strong background in talent management, employee relations, and HR generalist functions.
  • Strong business acumen, with excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our business leaders and managers.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
