Luxury Facilities Manager Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated professional with experience in facilities management to join our dynamic team in London. As a Luxury Facilities Manager, you will focus on client services and provide an excellent experience for both internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain exceptional standards of front of house services.
  • Oversee staff training and development.
  • Assist with community investment and inclusion initiatives.
  • Provide support to team leaders and oversee small internal projects.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors.
  • Coordinate reprographics operations and quality control.
  • Oversee archiving and deeds management.
Requirements:
  • Direct line management experience.
  • Previous experience ideally within a Team Leader or Facilities Manager position, preferably in a Legal/Financial Environment - Open to Luxury Hotel Management experience also.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.
