We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising Area Manager to lead our Membership Fundraising team in the West Midlands region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving fundraising efforts and achieving targets in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Membership Fundraisers to achieve fundraising targets and deliver high-quality results
- Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to engage with the local community and secure new members
- Provide coaching and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a cohesive and effective fundraising approach
- Monitor and report on fundraising performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Proven experience in fundraising, preferably in a leadership role
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
- Knowledge of fundraising principles and best practices, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
