Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and confident sales associate to join our team in Edinburgh. As a sales executive, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with customers and providing them with a world-class guest experience. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage vehicle handovers and ensure a smooth process for customers.
  • Follow up on all sales leads, including from the previous day.
  • Maintain high standards in the forecourt, display, and showroom.
  • Prospect previous customers who have purchased vehicles.
  • Meet and greet customers, providing them with a world-class guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in customer service and sales.
  • Skills: Proficiency in computer use, with the ability to follow processes and comply with regulations.
  • Requirements: A Full Clean UK Driving Licence. You will need to provide a Basic DBS and adverse financial background check.
