Job Title: Car Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our Omoda Solihull team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

About the Role
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Maximize sales opportunities through effective prospecting, follow-up calls, and in-bound telephone enquiries.
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
  • Ensure accurate collection of customer contact and vehicle data to maximize the quality and content of the customer database.
About You
  • Previous experience in car sales, retail management, or sales management is desirable.
  • Ability to demonstrate a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and build rapport with customers.
  • Potential to forge a successful career in the industry.
  • Valid UK driver's license.
  • Motor trade, automotive, or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
