Job Title: Faculty Programme Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and organized Faculty Programme Administrator to join our Teaching and Learning and Programme Support Team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support to key programme administration activities, ensuring an efficient and effective service to programme and portfolio leads, and students.

About the Role

The Faculty Programme Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to programme and portfolio leads, including coordinating meetings, managing records, and maintaining databases.
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of programme administration activities, including exam board processing, student enrollment, and record maintenance.
  • Developing and implementing effective administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Building strong relationships with academic and administrative colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Providing excellent customer service to students, staff, and external stakeholders.
