With at least 6 months of experience working within a social care setting, they will have a strong understanding of the complexities involved in supporting individuals with autism and complex needs.
We are looking for someone who is driven, resilient, and enthusiastic about making a difference in the lives of others. As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with multi-professionals to provide therapeutic care and support, helping residents progress through a care pathway to live as independently as possible.
A driver's license is essential, as you will be required to support residents in the community, engaging in activities such as swimming, trampolining, and bowling. You will also be responsible for monitoring and recording patient conditions, treating each person with dignity, compassion, and honesty.
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one, as well as hold full TMVA/PMVA training or be willing to pay for this. Additionally, you must possess a UK driver's license and the right to work in the UK.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £13.38 per hour (including holiday pay) and the opportunity to work in a variety of social care and healthcare settings.
