Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Front of House team as a Front of House Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for our customers, and contributing to the overall success of our cafe.

Key Tasks:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with their orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Operate coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines and grinders, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitization, adhering to our health and safety policies.
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the till, accurately processing customer payments and maintaining a secure environment.
  • Assist with stock management and inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Support the kitchen and service teams as required, contributing to the smooth operation of our cafe.
