Overview:
The Brave Human Capital Group is a leading provider of human capital services, and we are seeking a skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our team in Brackley. As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Salary: The salary for this role is estimated to be between £30,000 and £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for growth and development
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a commercial account management role
• Proven track record of success in sales and business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
