New Homes Sales Professional

New Homes Sales Executive required to deliver 5* customer journeys on a high-volume sales and marketing suite in Brackley, Northamptonshire. This permanent role offers a basic salary of up to £32,000 with a realistic OTE of £60,000. As a New Homes Sales Executive, you will have proven new homes sales experience and be self-motivated to successfully convert leads into sales.
The successful candidate will manage the customer from enquiry through to exchange and completion, delivering exceptional results while working closely with the Sales Manager.
Duties include meeting and greeting customers, taking details and qualifying requirements, dealing with incoming sales enquiries, taking customers on viewings, advising on the sales journey, and ensuring the sales suite is presentable.
