Job SummaryAs a Business Development Manager, you will engage with existing and prospective clients to promote our services and offer recruitment solutions that meet their immediate needs and provide a long-term talent sourcing partnership.
Key Responsibilities- Cross-selling our services to existing clients to maximize business opportunities.
- Attending face-to-face or virtual meetings to present our recruitment solutions.
- Integrating new clients into the business and ensuring SLAs are agreed and delivered.
- Fully utilizing our CRM system to maximize efficiencies.
- A demonstrable record of increasing sales and generating new business, ideally within the recruitment or a similar service sector.
