About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to join our team at Priory Hospital Cheadle Royal. As a Deputy Ward Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of effective clinical care and risk management of young people with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the efficient and safe day-to-day delivery of clinical care and risk management of young people
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-skilled, experienced, motivated and creative Multi-Disciplinary Team
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the needs of young people
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as necessary
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members

Priory Hospital Cheadle Royal is a leading provider of mental health services for young people and adults. Our Woodlands unit is a CAMHS Low Secure Unit (LSU) that offers therapeutic and rehabilitative services for young females aged 12-18. We provide a safe and supportive environment for young people to live their best life.
