Job Description: As a Tracheotomy Care Specialist, you will be part of our Rapid Response team, providing emergency care services to individuals with complex needs. Your primary responsibility will be to travel to various locations within a 75-mile radius, responding to calls and providing life-saving interventions as needed. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and effective care delivery.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in social care
- Strong ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to learn and develop new skills
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle
