About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ISV Partner Manager to join our team at Trust Payments, a global unified payment technology group. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner Acquisition and Management: Identify, onboard, and manage new ISV partners to drive revenue growth and increase profitability.
  2. Commercial Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong commercial relationships with ISV partners, ensuring alignment with Trust Payments' business objectives.
  3. Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of ISV partner portfolios, ensuring accurate data is held within Salesforce and generating reports on business performance.
  4. Sales and Upsell/Cross-Sell: Develop and execute sales strategies to upsell and cross-sell Trust Payments' products and services to ISV partners.
  5. Contract and Service Management: Negotiate and manage commercial terms, including pricing and settlement, within a commercial framework.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Proven track record in partner or account management, sales, or business development in a technology-based products and services environment.
  2. Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, excellent presentation skills, and a working knowledge of PSP and Gateway solutions, acquiring banks, and payment systems capabilities and features.
  3. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
