Key Responsibilities- Partner Acquisition and Management: Identify, onboard, and manage new ISV partners to drive revenue growth and increase profitability.
- Commercial Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong commercial relationships with ISV partners, ensuring alignment with Trust Payments' business objectives.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of ISV partner portfolios, ensuring accurate data is held within Salesforce and generating reports on business performance.
- Sales and Upsell/Cross-Sell: Develop and execute sales strategies to upsell and cross-sell Trust Payments' products and services to ISV partners.
- Contract and Service Management: Negotiate and manage commercial terms, including pricing and settlement, within a commercial framework.
- Experience: Proven track record in partner or account management, sales, or business development in a technology-based products and services environment.
- Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, excellent presentation skills, and a working knowledge of PSP and Gateway solutions, acquiring banks, and payment systems capabilities and features.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
