**Job Title:** EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated teaching assistant to join our forward-thinking Primary School. As an EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

**Job Description:)

  • Supporting a range of SEN including Autism, Dyslexia, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
  • Providing 1:1 and group support within and outside the classroom.
  • Collaborating with a variety of professionals including therapists and counselors.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide high-quality support to children with SEN, promoting their learning and development.
  • To work closely with class teachers, therapists, and other professionals to develop individualized plans for each child.
  • To maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and carers.

**Requirements:

  • A degree from a reputable University or relevant experience in SEN support.
  • An outgoing, forward-thinking, and creative personality with a strong understanding of SEN.
  • The ability to work flexibly and think creatively in a dynamic environment.
