About the Role

As a Branch Support Security Officer with Securitas Security Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, utilizing your skills to make a real difference.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and greeting staff, visitors, and contractors in a professional and personable manner
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all
  • Responding to varying and fast-changing priorities, while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Preventing and deterring unauthorized access to the site
  • Monitoring fire alarms, intruder alarms, and CCTV systems
  • Conducting internal and external patrols, as well as other duties as required
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all paperwork is completed in a timely fashion

As a successful candidate, you will possess:

  • A current SIA License
  • RTW in the UK with 5-year checkable work history
  • A full clean driving license and access to your own vehicle (some mileage may be payable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • IT literacy and proficiency in written and spoken English
