Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives. You will work closely with clients to identify their strengths and goals, and then develop a personalized plan to support them in achieving their aspirations.

Your work will involve providing one-to-one support, group work, and advocacy to help clients overcome barriers and achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized plans to support clients in achieving their goals
  • Provide one-to-one support, group work, and advocacy to help clients overcome barriers
  • Build relationships with clients, families, and external agencies to ensure seamless support

The salary for this role is £24,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience.
