Become a key member of our client's team as a care home trainer and development specialist.
About the OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled trainer to join our client's team. As a care home trainer and development specialist, you will deliver training into care homes in south east England - Essex.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training delivery, preferably in nursing homes or care homes training or health and social care environments. You will also need a full driving license and a car (car allowance / mileage paid) as you will be required to drive to various sites across the region.
You will need to have a solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and coaching/mentoring skills. You will also be proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has been a Training Manager/L&D Manager/Learning Advisor/People Development Officer/People Development Manager/Care Home Trainer/Care Home Training Officer/Training Facilitator. Our client offers an excellent salary of £40,000, which includes a basic salary of £35,000 and a car allowance of £5,000. This role also comes with contributory pension and healthcare scheme, internal benefits 25x days annual leave plus 8x bank holidays.
