We are seeking a senior veterinary practitioner to join our team at MBM Vets in Kilmarnock, Ayrshire. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of expertise in small animal surgery and medicine, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
About the RoleAs a senior veterinary practitioner, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our team, developing and implementing new procedures and policies, and contributing to the strategic direction of our practice.
Requirements- Proven experience in small animal surgery and medicine
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and develop our team
- Competitive salary up to £65,000
- Relocation allowance up to £5,000
- 6.6 weeks annual leave
