The role involves providing direct clinical services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning, as well as supervising and developing junior staff members. You will also be responsible for contributing to the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines related to clinical psychology practice within the trust.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A doctoral-level qualification in clinical psychology or a related field.
  • Significant experience working as a clinical psychologist in a hospital setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in clinical supervision and training.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality care that meets the diverse needs of patients.
