Job Summary

The Philosophy Education team is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Verbal Behavior Trainee. As a specialist school serving the needs of pupils with Autism and Complex needs, we are committed to providing a tailored education that enables our students to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver motivating, fun, and engaging 1:1 and small group teaching to pupils, under the direction and supervision of a Class Teacher/VB Tutor.
  • Support the delivery of high-quality individualized programs to pupils within the class, working under the supervision of a Class Teacher/VB Tutor and VB Assistants.
  • Contribute to the development of engaging group sessions that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
