Key Responsibilities

  • Maximize workshop profitability, productivity, and efficiency by optimizing team performance and workflow.
  • Ensure the highest technical and quality standards are maintained in all work produced, meeting our service commitment to customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive business growth and improvement, taking a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and implementing solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, providing exceptional support and service.
  • Sustain a culture of continuous learning and improvement, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Work closely with the management team to implement strategic initiatives and drive business performance.
  • Drive and maintain a culture of high performance, encouraging and supporting colleagues to achieve their full potential.
  • Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician with relevant Level 2 or 3 qualifications is highly desirable, but not essential.
