Pension Management Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Pension Management Consultant to join our team at IGA Talent Solutions. As a key member of our professional services business, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of occupational pension schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing business planning and organisation services to trustee boards and corporates
  • Managing relationships with advisers and service providers on behalf of trustee boards and corporates
  • Coordinating scheme secretarial duties, including meetings, member communications, and governance activities
  • Overseeing strategic change projects, such as implementing investment strategies and scheme de-risking

Requirements:

  • Strong experience of occupational pension schemes and knowledge of the pensions market
  • Up-to-date knowledge of technical pensions matters and industry developments
  • Excellent communication, numeracy, and data manipulation skills
  • Ability to work with little supervision and drive forward Trustee business plans

  • Confident and articulate communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent time management, organisational, and planning skills
